All sales are final. Replacements will be issued for damaged items only if damaged during transit. Due to the nature of research products we cannot offer returns and refunds for any reason, replacements only.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged/Lost in Transit.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. This is due to our business processes that include costs and fees we have to handle.
